Someone asked me where the name of this blog “unfailing words” came from.

It comes from the story of Samuel — a young guy who the Lord used in a great way.

Thus Samuel grew and the LORD was with him and let none of his words fail.  – I Samuel 3:19

I think that most of the time we are not at a loss for words, we just say things that fall to the floor.
We do things that fail. They fail for a bunch of reasons.

Imagine though — if nothing you ever said failed. If 100% of the time, God used your words for His glory.
What would life look like?

I want to be that person.

Samuel’s words didn’t fail, because the Lord was with Him.
It’s my prayer that God would be with me, and make me into a man who would have unfailing words and an unfailingly faithful life.
